Cinnamonroll-cake











dough:
  1. dry yeast(about 10g)
  2. 120ml warm water
  3. 120ml warm milk
  4. 50g butter
  5. 50g sugar
  6. 1 egg
  7. 1tsp salt
  8. 500g flour
  9. 1tsp cinnamon


Filling:
  1. 2tsp cinnamon
  2. butter
  3. 30g sugar



Frosting
  1. 1 1/2 scoops protein powder(XF 2.0 Cinnamon roll)
  2. milk

dough:
process the ingredients to a flat dough(should be easily released from the bowl)         
let it set for like 30 mins(preferably a warm place)

filling:
roll out the dough  butter it and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar 
                                        
roll up the dough(starting on the wider side) and cut into around 5cm big pieces

butter the spring form and put pieces close together into it
put the protein powder into a bowl and add a very little amount of milk, mix with a stirrer and add milk until you have a creamy texture
top the rolls with the protein cream and put in oven on at 175 degrees celsius(about 350 fahrenheit) for 30 mins
