low-carb feta scramble



200g lowfat ground
1 whole egg
3 egg whites
50g feta
salt
pepper
majoram
rosemary
garlic

mix whole egg and egg whites

sear the ground(if you do more than 200g part the meat and sear it twice, too much water otherwise and we wont be able to sear it properly)
when it is almost done add spices then add the feta and let it melt
add eggs

may not look like it but tastes really good
